ES The guesthouse
BREAK BCN*
The guesthouse was remodeled in 2016. Shared bathrooms were removed and now, bedrooms have a private bathroom (inside or outside).
All the features of the guesthouse BREAK BCN, such as receptions-check in. information service-etc, are held in the Bar-Restaurant BREAK BCN, located on the ground floor. We also offer a bike rental service and we organize football activities and daily trips to the Sagrada Familia and other interesting places.
Breakfast and dinner are served at the Bar-Restaurant BREAK BCN, located on the ground floor.
The guesthouse is placed 30 metres away from Urgell metro station and it is close to several practical bus lines, such as the one which goes to the airport.
The Bedrooms
BREAK BCN*
The guesthouse has 4 interior double bedrooms (10 m2 ), facing a small courtyard and with a private bathroom inside the bedroom. We also have 6 bigger bedrooms (15 m2) facing the street (calle Villaroel) and the gardens. After the remodelling in 2016, all the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms which are outside, in the same corridor as bedrooms. The bathrooms are 2 metres long and 0,80 metres wide, and they are comfortable and fully equipped. We have built a large living-room, (28 m2 ) joined to a fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators. The balconies of the living-room, facing the garden, are aimed to smokers.
THE BEDROOMS DO NOT HAVE ACOUSTIC INSULATION, THUS THEY ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CUSTOMERS SUFFERING FROM LIGHT SLEEP.
Double Inner Bedroom

It is a simple and colorful bedroom with free WiFi gratis, a private bathroom.
The first set of bed linen, shower towel set is mandatory and cost 6 euro each person.
Daily change of bed and shower linen is not included. The exchange service, at the request of the client, has an extra cost of 3 euro for each set towel and 5 euro each set of bed linen. It is not a mandatory expense, it is only at the request of the client.
The total cleaning of the room is under request of the client and costs 10 euro.
Air condition : There is an expense of 10 euro per room per day as expenses electricity
It is possible to use the kitchen, which is fully equipped, until 22:30. from 4 to 8 euro depending n people
